We want you to be 100% satisfied with your LetsDviate purchase and keeping that in mind we have formulated our return policy.
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. If you have received a defective product or have quality issues, please share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose within 48 hours of the delivery on info@letsdviate.com and we will get back to you.
In the interests of hygiene the product should be unworn, unwashed and in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. The product amount will be issued back either into your bank account or as discount coupons as per your convenience after we have received the product and quality check is done and confirmed by the Customer Service Team. Please note that original shipping and COD charges are NON-Refundable and only the purchased amount will be refunded as mentioned above.

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be adjusted, not the current product price.
In case for some reason you wish to self-ship your returns, raise a return request and once approved you can ship them to us, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share the shipping details on info@letsdviate.com with your Order ID mentioned.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to info@letsdviate.com within 3 HOURS of placing your order.
After 3 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no cancellations will be allowed as we would have already processed the order.
