We want you to be 100% satisfied with your LetsDviate purchase and keeping that in mind we have formulated our return policy.
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. If you have received a defective product or have quality issues, please share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose within 48 hours of the delivery on info@letsdviate.com and we will get back to you.
Please note that original shipping and COD charges are NON-Refundable and only the purchased amount will be refunded as mentioned above.

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on our WhatsApp number (+919321405563) or email us on info@letsdviate.com.
If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be adjusted, not the current product price. 

Orders Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to info@letsdviate.com within 3 HOURS of placing your order.
After 3 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no cancellations will be allowed as we would have already processed the order.
